Lightest, thinnest platform pedals

RaceFace Atlas?

I've used the Canfield Brothers Crampon Ultimates:

Don't cheap out and buy the Classics though, unless you like the constant squeaking sound of your shoes rubbing on the spindle.

This is spot on. My Crampon classics drove me f-ing crazy. Major design flaw.

I currently have 2 sets of those RaceFace Atlas pedals and they are one of my favorite flats. The slight angle on the front pins reduces accidental slippage over conventional straight pins. Plus these are super durable and have held up well against constant rock garden bashing. They aren't the thinnest or lightest option but they are one of the best overall designs IMHO.

I run these solid pedals, not sure if it's lightest or thinnest. But 2 seasons no issues.

Boy wonder has been these and they too have been solid.

check the reviews though .. they are all that great
These are thin as they come....

I will chime in though and say I have nothing but good things to say about either Chromag or Diety flats. I have over two years on each with zero issues.

My current go to has been the Chromag Scarab, more important than thinness is traction on your shoe, as slipping off a flat at the wrong time will give you some nice leg tattoos amongst other things that you probably don't want.

On a side note, the ones with the replaceable pins that have threads on the entire exposed part of the pin, eat shins as an afternoon snack...

Not that smooth pins feel better, but....

Thanks guys - lots of great options. Have to read some reviews. @stb222 my current pedals have pins with exposed threads and haven't had an issue yet.
