Marty's beginner/intermediate - no drop, casual pace ride on Thursdays throughout the summer.

Any rides being held? It was my first time at LM this afternoon, I'd definitely like someone more familiar to show me around. Where do you guys usually park for best access to the trails?

Fwiw, I park in the lower lot near the boat ramp/pond. If its closed I just park in the upper lot.

Cool, I just have to figure out how to get my truck down there. Not knowing any better, I parked by the dog park and wandered through some unmarked trails, there were just a bunch of exercise stations set up, climbed a hill passed something that resembled a meth lab on the left, I eventually made it to the Sugarloaf area where there's a steep downhill onto a baseball field and hopped onto the green trail to the left of me and stumbled upon Sunrise Lake and just rode Patriot's Path.

Tomorrow's ride 4/26 is cancelled. Gotta cancel this one early as its gonna rain.

We usually park at either of the two lots right on 24 by the pond. Much quicker than weaving through the park.

How long do these rides typically last?

Now that its truly summer, I can safely ride until 8:30 without lights.

Are there any plans to make the ride later in the afternoon around 7:00 to accommodate people who are unfortunate enough to work in NYC, or don't regularly get out of work by 5:00?
