Kudos to CycleOps/Saris

When I first had my injury 5 weeks ago I tried to use my 10 yr old CycleOps Fluid trainer and found that I couldn't get enough resistance on it no matter what I did. I called them up and got a guy in customer service who said to take it off the stationary stand and just send in the mechanism part (basically all the moving parts) I got home today and found a box at my door that had the brand new version I think a fluid 2 or 3 for no charge. That is a really great customer service approach and now I feel I have to promote them.
