Kingdom Trails in October

I lived in southern VT - and leaves start changing the end of September down there...and there is always a chance for snow in October - it may not amount to much...but I would be prepared for some colder temps.
 
I was there the first week in October last year, the leaves were changing but the locals told me that I was a week or so early for peak colors. Daytime temps were in the 60's and at night it was in the 30's. Was perfect riding and sleeping!

I think we went in the end of october or the beginning? It was nice and cool.
 
the last time we went was Aug of 08. alot of the trails were closed cause it had been raining almost nonstop for days before we went up. We lucked out cause it cleared up by the time we got there. We stayed at the Inn at Mountain View Farm, this time we're staying at the Wildflower Inn right smack dab in the middle of the trail system.
