Had enough of indoor intervals?
Let's get outside - Fattys or studs recommended but not critical.
Open to Ringwood or Jungle if anyone up north looking to ride..
How much snow is on the ground up there? I tried to MTB in about 7" of powder yesterday in Montclair and while not impossible, it was far from fun. It was actually a bit easier to ride in the virgin snow than the sections where hikers and XC skiers had partially packed it down.
I was on a standard MTB though...no FAT and no studs.
More snow fell in the south - I got about 8" in Somerville. We're going to try riding Chimney Rock tomorrow at 10:00.
I might be up for a Sunday ride at JH or Ringwood, let me know which park - I know JH better than Ringwood, but either is fine.
Great pics Andy! Definitely a fun ride, I was ready to bail in the beginning because I was freezing - glad I stuck around and warmed up quick. Lot's of fun, thanks for setting it up Dave, and great seeing Ray, Lauren, Ted and Andy out there.
