seems fine. if it holds a derailleur on fine, why wouldn't it hold a helicoil? I just bent the hanger at the hole, so when I unthreaded the derailleur it wrecked the threads.
just wonder as the stamped stuff doesn't seem to do as well if you try to rework it. get yourself a machined one because that one is destine to fail if you bent it once
