I am glad he is ok and will heal up. I am in a similar situation. I would recommend not posting another single recreation theory of the accident and deleting the details of your prior posts and consulting a lawyer. Also write down on paper his recollection of the accident while it is fresh in his mind.

Thomas is on his way to what we pray is a full recovery. As far as this thread goes, what has been said and what has been alleged is backed up sternly by an eyewitness and an actual video. We do however appreciate your thoughts and concerns.

Just to send some light to this boy. When I was in 2nd grade, I was hit by a car on my bike. The car hit my rear tire and made it into a taco shell. I flew over 10ft to the other side of the road and landed face first in my rock driveway. I was pretty banged up. Back then there were no helmet laws and I wish there was, I've suffered with the thought of an unknown injury to my brain due to this. I sometimes studder, and I loose train of thought. My teeth were dangling by some skin but the dentist put them back in and braced them up. For many years I had a big gap and I could only blame myself for riding on a busy street.


Your very lucky to walk away with the injuries you have.. Don't let this keep you from being a kid, stay strong, live life to the fullest and get out there and ride on! Always remember, safety first! Glad you are recovering well!
