Yeah, fosters isn't really up there on the list of beers to drink. rats p1ss is how many of us refer to it ;-)
 
What about Uggs? Do people in Australia really wear Uggs? I have heard multiple stories from good sources about Ugg existence in Australia.

Yeah, thats an interesting one for sure. Sheepskin boots were around for years in Aus. i remember a lot of my surfer friends used to always wear them when surfing and put them on after getting out of the water to keep their feet warm. All sheepskin boots were always known as ugg boots (regardless of brand), so im not even sure if you can even get ugg (the brand) in Australia. You see lots of ppeople wearing sheepskin boots in Aus, but certainly not as many as here in Jersey!!

Much to my dismay, i finally relented to my 8 year old daughters relentless hounding to buy her a pair (although i got the emu brand as there was no way i could justify the cost of the ugg brand)!!

What part of Northern NJ are you in? and by any chance have you ever heard of a band out of Queensland called The Cavers?

Im living in Ramsey. Its a nice place helped by being close to Ringwood, Jungle Habitat, et al!! 😉
Havent heard of the cavers unfortunately - what sort of music do they play?

Glad to have another Northerner, seems there is a lot of new energy up here lately and hopefully we can get some regular stuff going.

Cavers thing is a long story from my past life and not that interesting...anyway 2 of the people were from Queensland I figured you would know them as there are only like 11 people in Australia right?🙄
