Helmet buying

Im looking into a new helmet and i know what im getting, a Giro rift. Giro was my first one and i love how it fits and all the adjusts. Question is is there really a difference between a helemet that costs $60 and one that costs $200?

Maybe I'll be corrected, but I think More money = more vents.

True. The more expensive helmets tend to be a little more sleek and not as bulky.

Wonder what the margin is on helmets. I can't imagine they're not making a killing. Everything cycling related is ridiculously high.
