Hartshorne/Huber Conditions

WARNING; TREE DOWN AT HUBER

There is a tree down at Huber on Many Log Run. This is in a bad spot, you're carrying speed on the downhill and the tree blends in with surroundings.

I skidded to a stop and narrowly avoided getting decapitated.

I'll let the park know there's a tree down. Thanks.
I have a friend that "works" for the park system.

Everything was great today. Muddy on the way to Huber but that was pretty much it.
Big thank you to the people that maintain and fix the trails.
Rode almost all of it but since I don't know my way around, I missed stuff of course.

Hartshorne is really good. Just a few of the normal wet spots after heavy rains.

The trails held up real well to all this recent rain. The biggest spot is where all the trees are cleared. But, this is on this year's TM schedule.

There's still a big tree down in rockypoint. going clockwise it's on the climb to the lookout trail.

This week is a good to come down and enjoy the trails. Maybe a mental health day is in order?
