i usually ride lewis morris twice a week. leave jc around 6 pm the highways are wide open already. on weekends i ride with about 8 friends.
 
I worked from home today, so I am off early. Anyone interested in hitting up Lewis Morris or Tourne tonight? I have a Subaru and a rack that can hold three bikes total.
 
Well I can leave here (JC) around 4:15. I imagine it takes about 45 mins to get there, so I could be there around 5. Your moniker says expert. I'm definitely a beginner (slow).

Thanks for the guided tour! Fun stuff there. I liked the rocky climbs, but I am definitely not in great shape yet. Thanks for waiting up.
 
I wanted to puke at least once. But I thought I'd leave that tradition to someone else on this site.

I really enjoyed the ride. I liked the rocky climbs that made me push to find the line and power up. I often didn't get a good line, but managed to make it up most climbs except that one that did me in twice at the same place, for different reasons.

The last gnarly rocky descent we had before meeting the older couple out there was a blast. I felt like a kid again. I wouldn't want to climb that!

Do you mind detailing what features we rode on Tuesday? That way I can compare to the map to try to remember which way was which?
 
josh, i actually have a map on my home pc, when i get home ill draw out the route we followed and send it to you if you would like, just pm me with your e-mail address.
 
email SENT!, enjoy man, not a hard loop to follow, and the park as a whole is easy to learn if you ride it a couple times

looking for someone to try lewis morris park this weekend? Do you mind if i join? live in JC as well. But wanna leave early around 8am. I can do tourne, ringwood, or hartshorne. Be back by between 12-1pm.
Also free to ride weekdays as well.
 
want to try this Jngle Habitat. However 11am is late for me :cry:. Any of you guys ride weekdays? I would like to try Jungle Habitat but at a much earlier time on the weekends. I work nights on weekends usually ride immediately after.
On the weekdays tuesday through thursday are usually my days off. This week the best day is wednesday for me if any of you guys are planning for a ride.
