10 miles can get to the nearest LBS, bar or brothel.

So what if it costs extra to go beyond 10 miles. You already paid for the gas/mileage for Mrs Vai to get you.

Draw a line from my in laws house across a map which will go over the delaware bay and they are below it. Im sure you know this but NJ is not technically a NE state. Like PA it a Mid Atlantic state
