The boy is probably due for his next upgrade but I kinda like making him suffer on a heavy ass hardtail.

For realz though, we'll at the very least swap him over to a Timberjack to drop a little weight, get another bottle cage mount, and a slightly more XC geo. I would give him mine if he wasn't a foot taller than me.

Jim, can you throw up your gym workout again? Was reading an article on JeffL and it seems like I really need to start putting some time at the gym. We have one at work and I'm going to try to get down 45 mins every day.
