Garmin edge HR sensor and strap

Before I press buy does anyone have a Garmin Edge heart rate sensor and strap

any strap / sensor will do... I've misplaced my Edge's strap / sensor a couple of times and used my old Polar, as well as a generic one that I've had lying around for years...
