@Glenn i just checked my history. The first Monday ride i did this year was 4.8mph. It slowly progressed through the summer. Tonight was the first time we hit 7mph and i was sucking balls.
We're going to start calling you a sandbagger till you try a Thursday ride. 😉

i did feel like i was having a asthma attack or somthing though, after you guys left, i had to sit down. took me forever to catch my breath. love me those mucus filled lungs. its like my lugs went tubeless.
