Thule 1¼ hitch mount bike rack for two bikes.
I don't remember the exact model number, but is very similar if not exactly the as the current 917XTR.

Cosmetically its showing some age, but functionally works like a champ.
I'm replacing it with something that stores a little bit easier.

Also including keys and locks

These racks are the bomb, just picked one up myself not too long ago. As an FYI- the only real difference between an older one like this and the newer ones is that the newer ones come with cable locks that extend out of the arms to secure the bike frames.
