150mm of travel
32mm stanchions

The problem is it’s need service on damper i think. There is about 20mm of travel. I have no interest in fixing it or paying to fix it.

Seriously doe. It's a motion control. Pull the cartridge out, check/fiddle with the poppet on the bottom so it's open when the needle on top is open, dump the oil out/refill it. That's service. I mean, there's more, but not really worth doing, other than throwing a charger in it.
