Frozen water main - suggestions?

Actually, if you set your front lawn on fire it should thaw within 6hrs.
It's in the back, but you're the expert. Soaking it all in kerosene now.
We've found a HotShot. The cable leads are only 25' and our pipe is mebbe 125', so there's gonna be some digging, but today may be the day...

jumper cables. lots of jumper cables.

We're digging another access hole at 40' from the house. That's where we suspect the issue is, as that run is lower than anywhere else. If that doesn't open it up, then it's 2 gauge truck jumpers FTW. Will update. Or just listen for sirens.

who's we? are you out there with a shovel? I may have to drive by.
My brother right now. I'm hiding in the garage, narrating a book on economics. Anna'll be back with the magic box inside an hour. Bring popcorn. There may be fireworks.

This is golden. I'm in a quasi 3rd world country right now where it's 90 degrees and where I'm certain that a never once has a pipe frozen but would surely have an appreciation for the genius of pumping a few hundred amperes of juice from a welder over daisy-chained jumper cables. I would need an abacus to tally up all of the creative electrical wiring kludges (I almost said "code violations" but I'm pretty sure there is no electical code here) that could have killed me this week. More pictures plz.
