Frame - cant make up my mind

Do I have my eye on this KHS XCT 555 frame, ( not looking to spend a lot), but it is a med. I am 6'1" and currently ride a med 'dale super v. Which feels confertable under me. There is no where I can test ride the KHS frame / bike so will the inch from the T to T from a large to med make a whole lot of difference? The seat tube is a 2" difference. To me (I am just out there riding, for fun). I dont think it will make a difference but I figured I would ask your option, but then again I dont know much. thanks for your help.

Medium sounds too small for you. I would hunt for a large bike. You may feel comfortable sitting on the bike and going straight but you will feel better on a large bike when you are handling the bike. I'm 5'9". I ride a medium.

How much is this frame and what is the budget if you were to go in another direction???

i was looking to get this frame but didn't wait to pay 1000 for it. I got it for 699. looked at another frame but they only had smalls left, so this was the next choice, which i think is a better choice anyway.
