FAT CAAD is coming!

Cool video. It looks they're going fast. I was hoping for more snow action for a fatbike release though 🙂 I'm also curious about the tires they're running. Jumbo Jims 4.0?

This is so 4 months ago...........I'm getting the Lefty. Who want's an unused Farley 8?
 
Trying to decide whether to: 1. keep base spearfish (my only mtb) and add a fatbike or 27.5+, or 2. upgrade spearfish to carbon horsethief or tallboy CC. maybe I should poll this

Depends on if you want to ride in the snow. If yes, Fat Bike. If you want to race, Carbon 29er. If you want to just shred the trails, 27.5+.

I have a 29+ and it is almost worthless in the snow. It is better than a regular tire for sure, but unless we are talking 2" of snow, it isn't super.

I am dying to get some time on the 27.5+. I like the idea of being able to ride 29er and 27.5+ on the same frame.
 
The 27.5+ bikes have gotten a lot of attention, they're definitely cool for our area. I would've loved one at Mooch this weekend 🙂
 
If 1/2 of what people say is true about 27.5+,regular 27.5 may fizzle
 
We may look back at this time and laugh and laugh about the 6 wheel sizes being sold at the same time.
