Dragons are F'ing Awesome

Warren? Still up on the hill looking down on the working class. It's a war zone down here. But we have froyo. And flatter roads.

Happy Birthday, old man. Color a cabinet or two.

Thanks all, appreciated!

Carson - it's literally on top of a hill. So this septic thing is a joke because we can just dump a pipe out of the window and it will run downhill. Be careful when you pick out that new house. Wait, are you moving?

I'll resume the regularly schedule program Monday. And at this point, we won't be joining the JPLTs next week. Hopefully the week after. Or at least before the next Haley's Comet.

I've been trying to keep my language cleaner in Norm 3.0 (or whatever number I'm on) but lawyers can SaD. SaBFD. They all suck everything, everywhere. I would say apologies if you're a lawyer, but if you are you probably SaD too.

Thanks, enjoy your weekend. And congrats to the Pearls, btw.

I'm looking, but I'm not really finding much to check out. I'll most likely be here for some time.

Froyo, start shorting now.

We had a local one-off placed that disappeared earlier this week in the night. Sucks because it was the closet one to ride to with the fam. There is no way there is that much demand for the number of places that popped up. We will be luck if any are left when the crazy is over.

The tgiy local to me converted to self serve, then lost the tgiy branding, and recently shut down. Do far all the 900 other places within 8 miles from me are still in tact.
Bogo at cups this week

Eric says I need a new blog. I'm contemplating it but I think I have some unfinished business here so here it is:

1. We went to Canada a while ago, but we came back and other stuff happened since then.
2. Cupcakes
3. The Horseshoe Scramble thingy and so on
4. Chicken for lunch
5. The nipples on Magic Bike corroded
6. I don't really like referring to them as nipples, seems a corruption of the word
7. We moved
8. I got older
9. People posted, I didn't reply, and that makes me a bad blogger
10. I'll try to be a better blogger going forward
11. "going forward" is corporate speak and totally unnecessary in the above sentence
12. bakers are not special enough to have their own version of the word "dozen"
13. Luke is going to a cross race this weekend
14. Utah is hurt, send him love
15. Kirt has never seen Princess Bride
16. Anyone who has ever seen Midnight Run knows that opening a food establishment is hard. So how the market could be flooded with froyo places and not suffer this inevitable fate can't be a surprise to those who have seen it.
17. Serrano's got the disks
18. I just realized that I've been brewing tea for about 15 minutes
19. Prime numbers

15. Kirt has never seen Princess Bride

Not as surprising, but Pearl also hasn't. I spent time this morning explain who Inigo Montoya was.

14. Utah is hurt, send him love

Keep the love, send me drugs...or shoot me and put me out of my misery.

Is this moron number one? Put moron number two on the phone.

Princess Bride, sounds gay...I think i had to read that for school at one point but quickly erased it from memory.

20. The neighbor brought over cookie bars this morning and they were still warm
21. It would be a crime to not have eaten some of them while they were warm
22. And cold
23. Thanks to Allison, Kirt, and Pat for helping mark the course today
24. The chicken I ate for lunch was large but it was mostly bones
25. I can literally see the following 2 things from my (home) office window now: a) cars in the air and b) fire. Randomly, but it does happen
26. We're going to buy our Xmas tree tonight
27. Marking the course today reminded me why I do this stuff
28. I need to get paid to do something I really love
29. I'm sorry we're not remodeling a bathroom, though we are remodeling the hole in the yard where the bathroom stuff goes and leeches into the ground
30. I used to only post once a day but I'm going to just keep numbering these until I get a new blog or I get bored
31. We moved in a week ago and I still haven't ridden my bike from the new house yet
32. 6 people just registered for the race so we are officially in the black
33. Hopefully it snows 9 inches the morning of the race
34. Pearl & I are discussing how to make MTBJ better in 2014

31. We moved in a week ago and I still haven't ridden my bike from the new house yet

i closed on july 31 this year. didn't ride from july 26th until august 10th. it's poopy because a ride would help with stress, and you can't, so the stress is there morerer. black tar heroin helps in times like these.

If moving takes that big a toll on riding then 2014 is not the year for the orange & blue.
