Fitting that Registration starts on Halloween.

No details but sounds like a real chance to 'cross in snow.....

Winner gets the girl on the bike on the magazine cover....
 
I emailed Moshe about it and asked what it was. His reply:

"A sweet-ass old skool cyclocross race!"

Sounds like a good premise to me. Also sounds like they just want to have fun. Can't hate on that!
 
It's vague as hell, but there's nuttin' else going after Lime Kiln, so I've got my fingers crossed (as it were). And, yeah, I like the Halloween registration as well!
 
I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE YELLING ABOUT! Count me in though.

I expect lots of scampering up impossibly steep hills.

And there had better friggin' be a Le Mans style start.
 
Yeah, I'm waiting to hear more for sure.

From their FB page:

The race is a hybridized cyclocross race with a running class, costumes and themes are encouraged. We're working on the purse now, but beer and linch are sorted. That should be enough until more details get straightened out...

A little worried about what "linch" is, but figger it can't be THAT painful, right?
 
will go to NE reg champs in mass. races are held so you can do both days. - age groups on sat (masters)and number on sunday. go for the weekend.
