It seems I have to close my browser and reload it, then it clears up. If I don't do that it scrambles forever.

This only periodically happens on MTBNJ.com, no big deal, like I said close browser and reload, I just thought it was MTBNJ.com related.

no no you need a Java update....

Try resting your chrome. Go to settings, advanced settings, reset chrome settings or whatever it says all the way at the bottom. And update chrome if u r using a older version.
