At least 2wks, one week if you ride full suspension.
Also after your 3rd procedure you can ride after 30 minutes.

I know it may sound strange and your experience may be different, but I didn’t notice that the procedure was even done when I had mine. The instruments they use now are a lot smaller than olden days.

I would give it at least a few days. Ive had several done over the years but none in the last 8+ years or so which this now reminds me I am overdue.

and if youre itching, try some diaper rash cream

2 weeks?!? was that a prison colonoscopy? youre good the next day, unless there was a biopsy, then 3 days.

I just got referred to get this done. Apparently 45 is the new 50. My Dr told me this is because of the western diet.

The sooner the better. I wish I had gotten mine a lot earlier than I did. As with anything, early detection makes a huge difference.

We have since changed Medical insurance at work. Should make an appointment
But probably won't
