Car-spotting thread

living with 3 boys now ages 24, 21 (almost 22) and 17 puts a whole new perspective on this Leo. Guess Im used to it LOL. oh and so is my wife.
Had I mentioned something like that to my dad when I was 17 he would have changed my perspective too, and it wouldn't have been nice either. And yet I think it was better that way...

I laughed a little.

can't stay young, but immature,....
That made me cringe thinking I would have never in a million year mentioned anything with even remotely sexual content to my father well into my 40s...
So my wife needs security clearance for some of her projects. She was picking up a badge at one of her jobs and she needed to show her government card that she forgot. Had to type in her password and the person behind the desk was going to see it on her screen for some unknown reason. My wife had to apologizes and explain that she had a 17 year old when she set up this account. Then proceeded to type in 696969.

I honestly don't get the connection between a somewhat fixation with a specific sexual practice and having a 17 old child...

So in an unusual occurance....I had the mustang out saturday night, headed over to denville dairy and just happened to find an open spot next to a beautiful roman red, 62 fuelie corvette. What makes it extra weird was that at the same time my dad has his 67 fastback , he also owned a roman red 62 fuelie that he used to drag race with.

Finally got a few hours in it. 18mpg at 75mph. And this is the small motor.
well...the first gens had at best a 135 hp 302 that got 12-15mpg (and that was probably at like 50mph)...and they weighed about 1500 lbs less...so thats progress 🙂

And the newest jeep I have driven was an 06 LJ and it made my 67 mustang feel like an S class.

Saw one of these yesterday in the city. 😯 Holy cow is the GT3 a beast in person - low, wide and what a rumble! I was completely in awe. By the time I stopped gawking, it was too late to whip out my phone and take a photo. I was definitely star struck.

Pretty cool seeing all the social media about C.M. being transformed into "Newport, RI" for this movie.

And, P.S.I. is our favorite place to stay in C.M. Will be back again in Oct.
