If it’s a real 69 z28 it’s a 302. With 4 bolt main caps.

That's why I was asking! I'd be shocked if it still has a 302, they're rarer than hen's teeth. De-stroked 327 Vette motor. My dad had one, mom cooked the motor. 😢

Saw this during the early part of the shop ride but wasn’t quick enough to get a pic.

Then we rolled up on it at the red light later in the ride. Very beefy and had a manual trans.
