When you write these kinds of people a parking ticket, they completely lose their minds. They are completely blown away by the fact that this isn't legal. When they asked for a break, my standard response was that I only issued you one summons for parking more than six inches from the curb. I didn't issue you a second one for parking within ten feet of an intersection. There really needs to be a statute for just being a clueless, selfish asshole.
