BMW did make a version the Isetta, also made by Isetta around the same era. Not 3 wheels, two very close in the rear.
Wayne NJ Suburu used to be a dealer and I could have bought a used on for $100 back in 1962
My friends Isetta 1 cylinder.

at least he has the big shackle already installed so when the axles fall out it can be easily dragged onto a flatbed.

I remember when these were new my dad was shopping for the 1990 GT he eventually bought...But we had gone into like 4 different ford dealers and they all had one of these on the showroom floor...Every salesmen tried to sell it to my dad whose response was "I fucking hate green cars"

That's crazy. I hate fox body mustangs - butt ugly. Didya see top selling vehicle yesterday was a 65 mustang, convertible I think. 70+ grand

And then they sell a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 with 24k miles for less than 60K. Sold for over 160k new!
That's hard to believe
I'm really into this stuff and I'm floored... There is the brand new factor, but still that is so far beyond what I ever thought anyone would pay for a fox.
