I think it’s the rear wheels being secured to the deck and the side to side movement of everything behind the headset that is the concern. 😉

Just run correct tire pressure in trailer tires . I'd guess around 25psi would be fine

Rigid fork mounts and rear tire tie downs do that. The sprung weight of each bike is well under 2lb and can easily handle a rough trailer ride. The fork and shock will experience fractions of an inch of travel.

Well everyone seems to think these bikes are going to see 9 G's while violently bouncing down the highway

In a related spin, i just picked up the steel to build the frame for the tent. Should have something prepped this weekend

Almost ready for it's first adventure! Huge thanks to @Hair Face for the welding help. I have the tools and knowhow, but haven't used it in ~3 years and didn't want to tackle a project like this alone 🍻

Still debating what I want to do for weatherproof storage box. Leading though right now is truck bed box.
