I’m late to this conversation. Nobody wants to hear it. Proper diet and exercise. Takes a few weeks to get used to a proper diet and is a few weeks of hell. Your weight is probably fine, just have to get back to a regular exercise routine. Those weight and body type charts are a range and definitely varies. My Dad who will be 78 in a few weeks is 5’10 and a solid 235 pounds. Granted he works out, is a very stocky build and was power lifting at a young age. If I was 235 pounds I would look like a tomato with arms and legs.
