Book of Paul H

I'll try to make it for your race if I can get up there for it, I'll ride with y'all but I ain't racing.

About the pace, I've never had a problem with waiting until everyone is ready to go again(I know that I appreciate it when I'm struggling) but sometimes it does get too much with the talking (especially when it's cold out).
What race? Ppl will be all over the place getting lost at HM lol

it's all about the Company
i think you should carry on this tradition riding to coney island, eat hotdog or ice cresm enjoy the ride back agsin.
Absolutely its about the company
Would like to at least do a loop starting from GWB to Coney Island but there is hardly much interest in road rides.

I was just excited to get up to the fun stuff.

I honestly don't care if I'm faster or slower than anyone else, I just like playing around with my bike. If I had better health insurance (and money for new parts when I break them) I'd be riding much bigger stuff.
But fast is funner

We could just do Wolf loop and Indians loop. Much more OOS friendly. Was kinda joking with that first loop. It's just the loop I enjoy at HM. But seriously, Wolf to Indians would be less populated and we could mark it easier as there are less cross trails. 😎

If you come up for a wildcat ride we'll do a long one for you

I’m late to this conversation. Nobody wants to hear it. Proper diet and exercise. Takes a few weeks to get used to a proper diet and is a few weeks of hell. Your weight is probably fine, just have to get back to a regular exercise routine. Those weight and body type charts are a range and definitely varies. My Dad who will be 78 in a few weeks is 5’10 and a solid 235 pounds. Granted he works out, is a very stocky build and was power lifting at a young age. If I was 235 pounds I would look like a tomato with arms and legs.View attachment 118452
That dude got some guns
