Yeah, good day today. If we had more time we could gone all the way to the top of white. But we still hit a lot of the newer stuff in ringwood. Thanks so much @Mr.Moto for showing me around Ringwood this morning. We got in a solid 9-10 miles. Very impressed with all the new stuff built in Ringwood since the last time I rode there ages ago.
I'm inWe're meeting tomorrow, Saturday 9am at Lewis Morris sunrise lot. Message here if you plan to join. No drop beginner pace as always
Lewis Morris was good today despite the multiple root flats. Considering Chimney Rock and Cromwell tomorrow if anyone is interested

Hmm. I've ridden tubeless tires for over 20 years now. In all that time I've never gotten a flat from a root. Are people still using tubes?Lewis Morris was good today despite the multiple root flats. Considering Chimney Rock and Cromwell tomorrow if anyone is interested

It was tubeless last time I rode the bike at LewMo, but got a flat from something and the sealant wouldn't seal it. Threw in a tube and had been fine except today. Yeah, all three were tube pinch flats. To be fair the ancient Sram Rise 60 rims are really narrow. Swapped in a DHF as that's all I got around the house and all good.Hmm. I does, bikes don't break themselves, people do ...I wonder if my Hightower still works...
