If you purposefully or knowingly damaged her vehicle for any reason, you could be arrested for criminal mischief. If, what you meant to say was, I fell into her fender accidentally when she struck my foot and I lost my balance, then no, that wouldn't be a criminal offense. That would be noted in the accident report as property damage during the collision.

The proper way would be record the license plate and have the cops follow up later.
