I was there this morning and the trails are fine. I did stay away from tiger and river trails.

Allaire needed a bath in a major way. Conditions were perfect. Tough to find any mud or standing water in a 2 hour ride. Mt. Laurels are in full bloom. Go enjoy.

3 pm update. (got back from Allaire an hour ago) Pouring like a mofo, so:
Today - bad
Tomorrow - OK
Sunday - more rain - still bad.

We got a lot of rain from yesterday afternoon through the overnight, and it's still drizzling in the area.

I'd say today is probably best skipped at Allaire.

Trails were in good shape this morning.
All the nick work seems to be working to get the major amount of water off the trails before too much material is washed away.
I would like give a quick thanks to the trail crew that reworked the entrance trail to steelman, with the rain we got hammered with Saturday night you are able to see that the work paid off.

Conditions are not bad today I would stay away from the river trail as it normally holds water. There might be some softer spots this morning but by this afternoon it all should be good to go.
