6 Mile Run Conditions

Thinking about playing bikes tomorrow. Do you guys think Six Mile will be a GO for tomorrow morning?

Go for it dude. Based on this week's weather it should be good.

Thinking about playing bikes tomorrow. Do you guys think Six Mile will be a GO for tomorrow morning?

I was there today, trail is in good shape, usual muddy spots here and there but mostly dry. There was a tree down on Orange(?) with enough room to get around it, couple of spots more viney than others but really it was good riding.

tree about head high at the first boardwalk thing on blue.
Another in the woods around that bridge that has the hard point.
weeds are bad between the field tubes and the long boardwalk.
there is another tree about head high if standing - but can't remember where on blue.
There is also a rouge grape vine that needs to be cleared on blue.
dirt is dry and getting loose.

as an aside - and i think i've said this before. the improvements over the last 4 years are amazing.

Thank you. Rode the red trail twice as part of the July 31/31 challenge with my daughter. Both of us enjoyed riding the trail.

Rode the canal side for the first time since last fall. Conditions were great.

Nice job keeping it clear! I'll be back out Wednesday morning weather permitting.

Conditions are dusty and hard-packed. A few vines (hopefully not PI) brushed up against me, but overall, good. The weeds are high near the 27 side so be on alert for hikers (as we encountered some today).
