2x chainring.

If its truly a 1x frame, there will be no way to attach the front derailleur. OTOH, If it has a round seat tube of nominal dimension, you can put a clamp on style braze on mount to attach a derailleur.

But is it of a nominal dimension that would match typical braze on clamp diameters? Also, it is in the right angle to position it over the cranks? These answers might get you off to a start.
Thanks, I will have to check it out where it would mount on the seat tube.

Are you planning on running a road or mtb cassette? The 26t CR on a MTB cassette will be silly low as a 26/51 is damn near a standstill pace. 36t is still within typical 1x configurations it may just be worthwhile to stay 1x and just put in a taller 1x CR like a 40t or whatever max size your bike supports.

Cannot fit a 34 let alone a 36. If I could put a 36 with a single I would put it on but the 32 is the biggest ring. It is a mtb cassette I would do a 10/45. I like everybody's input.
Not planning on doing right away but considering it.
