Ok, 160. This is less than the cost of the parts. Wheel is brand new, tire still never mounted.

What is needed for a 15mm conversion? Do I have to purchase a Retrofit Kit, or is it a simple removal of QR end caps?

You need the retrofit kit on this page, for the mi6. I can't imagine this is that expensive, so you end up getting an awesome wheel for just alittle more than the price of the hub.
