24 JORBA Fest

I'm out for all of it unfortunately. Gutted because I was looking forward to manning a boot with all the JORBA peeps after the weather disappointment of last year. I won't be able to make it back in time. Hopefully the guided rides will incorporate the new awesome work that the usual suspects at RTC carried out during the last 2 years.

I did the intermediate ride back in 2022 and even as a south jersey flat lander who's only heard tales of the rocky trails of the North, I survived just fine. Nearly everything was doable as long as you kept pedaling and your speed up, and the few sections I dabbed on were walkable if need-be too.

Here's the ride log if you're curious

Not sure if I'm going this year yet, but if I do I'm debating between advanced intermediate and intermediate. I'm a lot fitter than I was in 2022 but I still don't regularly ride many technical climbs outside of the stuff at Wissahickon. Anyone have any insight or done both before?

For context this is a moderate ride for me
