2025 XC MTB Season Discussion Thread (Schedule in 1st Post)

Surprised there hasn't been more registered. Last year it was sold out by now, and the wait list continued to fill up. Unfortunately on race day, I recall approximately 75 DNS and there was still people on the waitlist
Thats traditional the day of Ringwood so possibly folks from around here are planning to do Ringwood. I know thats my plan.

April 6 Jungle MTB Escape is Open. Course flow flipped from last year. www.BikeReg.com/Jungle

Another interesting one

This has been in the works by the promoter for awhile. I remember him mentioning to me he had early verbal approval for a race in either Sept of '22 or '23. When proceeding with communication and permitting to make it official, got ghosted and radio silence. Glad to see he got things worked out. The course looks interesting.

What are those trails like? Never been.

Raystown? Easy. If you are looking to do a bigger mileage race, this is a great intro to that. There are about 50 rocks here and they are all in exactly the same spot. Otherwise this is a very tame, accessible, park system.

Sweet, yeah that's what I'd be looking for. I'm doing Big Sugar/Little Sugar in NWA in October so this would be a tune up race for those.

Also registered for Rattling Creek again because I hate myself.

Raystown and Rattling are at complete opposite ends of the technical spectrum.
