Every Thursday night at 6 mile? Is it good for a beginner rider building up his strength? I’ve rode 6 mile but not with a group ride.

Typically every Thursday. Keep an eye out on the Leaderless thread. Best thing to do is show up. If no one else does, you still get a ride in!
