My yard (1 mile from the hawk watch) normally stays wet very long, and is nearly dry. While that doesn't translate directly because the terrain is quite different, it gives some hope.


If I have an opportunity over the weekend (not likely TBH) I will poke my head into a trail.

Chimney Rock Park.
Ballfield lot. Same as last year.
All the way in the back. So we can use the new trail to start our rides.
