2022 Trek Checkpoint SL6 Rival AXS, Size 54, Crimson

Moorestown, NJ

Price: $3300; This price was derived from Bicycle Blue Book and looking at similar bikes on pinkbike, and without considering the bag and extra battery.

I’m selling this (and one of my guitars, not included) because my son joined NICA and it looks like he is going to stick with it. So I need a MTB and can’t have both.

I love this bike so much that I’m planning to replace it with it’s MTB cousin (Supercaliber) in the same color and with AXS. It has a few surface scratches, but looks almost new. I would say it’s very good to excellent condition. The Rival AXS works extremely well, and I will include the battery charging kit with an additional battery (2 total), tube bag, bell, Bontrager Adventure Boss Frame Bag, & original seat (not used).

Pedals and rear light mount not included.

Please feel free to ask follow up questions or request more images.

A few questions:

1. How tall are you?
2. What wheels are these?
3. Any idea on the weight?

Thanks.

1. 5’8.5”, about a 30” inseam. I can comfortably have my feet flat when standing over the top tube, but there’s not a lot of wiggle room.
2. The wheels are the OEM Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 aluminum wheels. Tires are Donnelly X’PLOR EMS 45X700c.
3. According my my Bass Pro Shops scale, it’s 23.5 lbs. That is with the frame bag and Shimano MTB pedals.

I keep coming back to look at this listing. I've been trying to avoid electronic shifting but this is really tempting me to upgrade my gravel bike.

This is my second bike with electronic shifting and, surprisingly, had no issues. I did run out of battery on a ride once, but had my spare in the bag and it was a quick swap. You are more than welcome to meetup for a test ride to see how you like it.

I keep coming back too, but the reality is that it won't be in the budget for another month or two. Don't fear the wireless...except that once you try it, you won't want to ride anything else and will need a second mortgage to convert the rest of your fleet.

I was getting it all shined up while my boy and the team were working hard on the trails
