My hip wasn't playing nice so I turned back and did a canal side loop. My karma for not hanging was my water bottle is now sitting in the forbidden zone on one of the rollers.

I saw it too, but I dared not stop, once I'm moving I keep moving until I run out of engine on a hill, or crash.
