That's another 10 minutes away for a total of 25. I'm done with cross before I even started.😡

J/k. Anthony Wayne was dope, but RCC could have potential. Closer for all the Jersey folks too. I went there right out of high school.

25 minutes from you? Damn... Even my "local" race, Marty CX is farther from me...

I thought the new jawn looked closer to NJ than Anthony Wayne. Hope it has some good features they can utilize.

WHAT!?

I don't think I can emotionally handle all of these venue changes...
Thoughts on the venue change now???

Schedule going forward...

Dec 3/4
Anyone ever do Capital Cross Classic, down near DC? Part of the Super 8 Series... Looks like I'm missing Westwood on Dec 4th, so I'm gonna squeeze this one in while I'm down there. Cat 3/4 (Open to men & women??) at 11am. Hopefully not too hungover..

Dec 10/11
Adding Solstice (Dec 10) to my schedule for sure right now. Still on the fence for Limestone (Dec 11).

Dec 17/18
Thinking about one only. Both is too much driving. Sunday probably better... Anyone race either of these?
March Farm Cyclo Madness on Dec 17. 88 miles from Madison. Cat 3/4 at Noon.
Elm City CX on Dec 18. 86 miles from Madison. Cat 3/4 at Noon.

Dec 22-30
Family vaca to CA... Looked.. no races. Prolly rent MTB or road bike a few days.

Jan 6th
Nationals. Men's Masters 40-44. 1:45pm

Then BIYF, NICA, Short Track, etc.....

Good challenging course.

I liked the feel at Anthony Wayne more. Weird old infrastructure left over from the public pool days and the woods were pretty neat there.

Agree with the feelz of the old joint... as @seanrunnette and others have pointed out for other venues, the course setup is half the battle. I thought the track was great. Too much climbing for me, but my god did they use just about everything there. Biggest problem was parking/food truck/spectating/course navigating off the bike. There is a solution there, maybe using the two empty lots that were up near the building with the Non-Pro bike wash (hoses). After I changed on Day 2 out of my muddy gear, I really wanted some food, but just didn't have the motivation to trek all the way back over there.
