Up for grabs is my first attempt in MTB riding. I just got myself a new bike but I had to promise my wife to get rid of the old one (you can only stack so many bikes in a living room!) so here it goes:

Everything works, there are a few scratches and also some spots on the head tube where the cable housing rubbed off the paint (see pic) but other than that the bike is in good shape.

2010 Diamondback Overdrive, size large - stock components - no pedals
  • 6061-T6 butted aluminum frame
  • RockShox Dart 3 100mm suspension fork w/ Turnkey lockout
  • Truvativ ISOflow 3.0 crankset
  • Shimano Acera front derailleur
  • SRAM X-4 shifters and rear derailleur
  • SRAM PG-820 8spd Cassette (11-32t)
  • WTB FX-28 Double Wall rims
  • Tektro Novela disc brakes w/rotors
I am located in the Morganville area if you want to take a look.

It is actually a 20" frame.

I am 6' 2" and I think my size would be the upper limit, I couldn't tell you the minimum.
Here is the geometry of the large, maybe that helps:

Seat Tube Length: 20"
Stand over Height: 31.5"
Top Tube Length: 24.5"
Head Tube Length: 105 mm
Head Angle: 71°
Seat Angle: 73°
Wheel Base: 1112 mm
BB Height: 313 mm
Stem Length: 110 mm
Handlebar Width:620 mm
Crank Length:175 mm
Seat Post Length: 350 mm

I have the same frame sitting st my friends house right now. Medium. I'm 5'10 and it fits me fine. I probably wouldn't ride larger

easy to make a smaller size bigger....hard to make a large size smaller...
a wise man once told me....

anyone ever try putting a stem on pointing towards the seat? the anti-otb setting?

I have ridden this bike in a L and I'm 5'8". What you can ride vs what you want to ride are 2 different things.

It was more of a stand over height thing not as much a reach/stack height feel is what I was getting at.
