Homes we are building now one in Breckinridge. And one in evergreen if he wants to see quality , I also own 7 1 plus acre lots that are all build able and we can build to suit . Lots are in boulder and Jefferson county , average sq ft costs for building in Jefferson is 360 a sq boulder co is 450 a square those prices are for normal homes . Not custom . Did you ever get out of New Germany and get to Fla ? Hope you are well buddy !

you know any guys in there 30s looking to move and work in CO ? Good Help is impossible out here , NJ has a reputation out here for great work ethic . I need jersey guys .....

I ordered complete spray foam rig for next year , Rocky Mountain spray foam , looking for someone to run it , this is a far better life style buddy , plus you would work in areas that most only dream of . Most of my friends thought I was crazy , who decides to pull up shop and leave a good solid business in there 40 s ....me searching for a easier better quality of life :) I FUCKING found it !

I.can and we can stay on the lot I bought , I will also talk to my neighbor he has a place down there and maybe I can get it for free . We need hard dates tho , I’m flexible so give me dates . Text me I won’t be back on this site . Get mitch to commit be cool to hang with that dude
