15mm to 9mm Halp!

Is there a universal way of converting a 15mm thru axle to 9mm QR? I see a lot of these style end caps, but they seem to be manufacturer specific... although some reviews do say that people have used them in hubs other than those mentioned. The specific hub in question is a generic Giant 15mm.. If there's no way, I'll just have mis-matched F/R wheels which isn't the biggest deal in the world.

That's an adapter for 9mm quick release, he has other sizes in his ebay store, the dude has got some cool adapters to retro fit old bits to new standards

here is the one mavic makes, i only use it on my franken bike i got from parts from most of you guys but its barely ridden by my daughter and i dont know if it will suit your riding style and the punishment from 10 foot drops

Shouldn't matter, they're both standard axles. I picked up a set of the Mavic adapters from Bicycle Pro in Bordentown the other day. Not that Bordentown is close to Orange County or anything.
