Loose plan atm is 50/50. I may eventually sell the Catskills property, but that's probably a ways off. The 14 acre plot is on the side of a mountain and not very buildable w/o spending tons of $. The excavation work was for the driveway which can fit ~3 cars. I'll build a few more shed-cabins...

I ended up buying 14 acres in Colorado. And then 5 more acres. Strange times.

They are old chicken. Probably came up late last year, dried up and there wasn't enough moisture to decompose them.

Friend lost a bike computer (Karoo 2) at Jungle on Fri, Nov 24. It is most likely somewhere between Tanks, Boon, Boulderdash and Lower Chute riding counter clockwise. He did not ride Dump Truck. I rode it backwards today, but no luck. Please keep your eye out and let me know if you find it!
