After all the bad food choices last night I felt like I should ride much harder than this but had to stick to the recovery plan so just an hour Z2. My legs were REALLY sore yesterday afternoon but the recovery boots and massage gun did the trick to loosen up.
Rower session tomorrow back on the bike Wednesday. Holding out hope I can get outdoors the end of this week somehow temps in the 30s-40s will feel like a heat wave.

Forgot to post this one. I'm so stir crazy! I'm not permitted to put much load on my gluteal tendons but needed to get outside. So I joined a road ride, but did it on my ebike so I could just spin. Afterwards I walked over the Bulls Island bridge to get a beer. Picture is of the frozen Delaware.

My side hobby is building out 1/64 scale diorama scenes and collecting 1/64 diecast cars like Hot Wheels and other higher end brands. Anyway, I'll always get this car when I go to swap meets... they aren't easy to find because no one would really collect it but sometimes they'll be in a sellers $1 bin. No bike on snow pike photo today.

I had a IG page going but was getting almost zero engagement so I scrubbed it clean, deleted pics I already had and started over on Reddit. I have 7 set ups going, a McDonald's, 2 shops, a street in Japan, a dealership showroom and 2 larger outdoor settings. Because of the size of the 2 larger ones they can seem like 3-5 settings depending on cropping and angles I use.
