Brisbane. Super dry considering the 40 something temperature. Today's ride was a test of new grips and an increased handle bar angle. I was quite happy with both.
So does this count as a photo even though I posted it on Strava? Or do I just not put any pics on Strava for a while?

Ok, so the top photo with the stats is the one that wouldnt count for an extra point if you only posted that one. feel free to post it as it is easy for me to see the time.
The handlebar one counts, doesnt matter where else you post it, most of my photos sre on strava and posted here.

I figured it wouldn't be very good, but there's only one way to find out. I think that if it didn't rain last night, then it actually would have been decent. Unfortunately, it did rain, so it wasn't very good. It was still fun trying to stay upright and on the bike, and this easy loop was pretty much all rideable.

I almost put on shark shows and called it a day until work but the sun and warm temps rage baited me into a ride. I took my Surly to the coffee shop.

Mark it a Fail
Thought maybe go get one more mtb ride in before the big thaw but did not account for frost heave sections to be peanut butter and make my tires turn into slick fat bike tires. Somekind of half frozen mud, minimal
Splatter and not fun.
Bailed and did TM.

Had a new clothes dryer being delivered so wasn’t sure I would even get out for a ride but lucky me they got here on time at 10:30 and were gone by 11:15 including removal of old one and install of new one.
Back out on the gravel bike for and endurance type road ride just cruising not pushing hard. My HRM seems to be acting up as I think it’s reporting too high but whatever felt good just to pedal steady.
Purposely went past the Columbia trail crossing on the road down by Coffee potter to verify it’s completely ice and won’t be suitable for riding before the weekend thaw. Maybe.
I was definitely a little overdressed even tho the sun didn’t come out that much while I was riding.
