Jan 2, things go to shit quickly.
Forgot to plug in (old) Ipad. Could not charge quick enough when the 10% warning popped up. Did learn that minimizing Zwift game and locking screen did not help much and left the trainer at a constant resistance without recording any of it. 😢
12 watts max charging power is only half of what is needed to drive game so likely limited to a three hour ride anyway

Apple TV is a cheap upgrade and you can use an older TV with HDMI connection. And it syncs and works flawlessly.

I believe there is no minimum time. Scored as 1 point per hour so a .25 hour ride would be .25 points.
